Satisfaction Guarantee (Returns)
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item you receive, we will gladly take it back and refund you the original purchase price and sales tax (if it was applied), for 30 days after your order was shipped. Please let us know the reason for your return so we can serve you better in the future.
Note: If the piece(s) you are returning were on an order that qualified for free shipping via a special program or promotion and the amount of the return effectively lowers your original order to less than the qualifying free shipping minimum, you will be credited back the amount of the piece(s) being returned, less the amount of shipping fees that would have been applied to an order under the minimum at the time the order was shipped.
If you need to return or exchange an item, either send an email to custservice@shankari.com. If you are sending an email, please be sure to include your full name, the invoice number, how we can contact you and a brief explanation for the return. The item must be returned in its original condition with all appropriate packaging and once received, will be credited to the card used for the original purchase. If that card is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.
How to Place an Order
Placing an order is easy. Simply follow the steps below:
- Add an item to your shopping bag by clicking one of the "add to cart" or “buy now” buttons next to the item you wish to purchase. You can review what is in your basket at anytime, simply by clicking the "Cart Contents" or “Shopping Cart” buttons.
- When you are finished and you are ready to checkout, click on "checkout." If you already have an account, simply log in. If not, go ahead and create one by clicking the “New Customer” button.
- Follow the instructions as you proceed through the steps until your order has been completed.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an online order confirmation and then an e-mail following the placement of your order that confirms that your order was received and has been approved. It should normally ship within 1 - 2 days.

All orders are shipped via United State Postal Services (USPS) and Federal Express (FedEx) with real time fees calculation.

Repairs
Shankari guarantees her work for the first six months from your purchase date. If your jewelry needs to be repaired within the first six months, it will be fixed and returned to you at our expense. The only exception to this policy is if it is determined that the problem was inflicted by some kind of accident, such as banging a crystal on something so it breaks in half. In that case, we will send you a quote for the repair and you will be charged for the repair and shipping costs to return the item to you. It is your responsibility to ship the item to us for repair.
After six months, we will be happy to take care of repairs for you but it will be entirely at your expense. It is your responsibility to ship the item to us for repair. We will send you a quote to fix your piece and you will be charged for the repair and shipping costs to return the item to you.
